What we collect
When you connect GitHub, we receive your GitHub username, display name, email address, and avatar. We store this to identify your account.
We also store the repository configurations you create (base URL, routes, credentials) and the test results we generate for your repos.
Your credentials
Test credentials (email/password) you provide in Settings are stored encrypted at rest. They are only used by our test runner to authenticate against your app during test runs. We never share them with third parties.
How we use your data
- To run automated tests against your deployed app
- To send you email reports when tests fail
- To display test history in your dashboard
- To process payments via Stripe (Pro plan)
Data retention
Free plan: test results are kept for 7 days. Pro plan: 30 days. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Third parties
We use GitHub OAuth for authentication, Stripe for payments, and Brevo for transactional emails. We do not sell your data to anyone.
GDPR
If you are in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@stillworks.dev.
