Acceptance

By using Stillworks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Stillworks does

Stillworks is an automated testing service that uses a real browser to check the routes of your deployed web application after each push. It does not modify your application or data in any way.

Your account

You must authenticate via GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must not share access or use Stillworks to test applications you do not own or have explicit permission to test.

Acceptable use

• Only test applications you own or are authorised to test
• Do not use Stillworks to generate abusive traffic or attack third-party services
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
• Do not resell access to the service

Free and Pro plans

The Free plan is provided as-is with no SLA. The Pro plan (€9/month) is billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your plan downgrades to Free at the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

Stillworks is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed test runs, false positives, false negatives, or any indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Stillworks after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
